I understand prepress, color separation, and what it takes to get from screen to substrate without errors. I catch discrepancies before they become expensive problems, and I do it without ego or "gotcha" energy. Just a quiet heads-up that saves the project.

I can articulate why I made a decision, back it up with real reasoning, and adjust without taking it personally when the direction shifts. Qualified, but humble. Always curious.
